The use of nanostructured materials is increasingly widespread thanks to their particular properties that can improve the performance devices in various scientific applications. One them architecture perovskite solar cells characterized by high photoconversion efficiency values make able compete with silicon cells. In this framework, we deposited TiO2 sponges reactive sputtering based on a grazing-incidence geometry combined local oxidation species. material gains 50% porosity volume through depths hundreds nanometers and consists forest uniform rods separated mesopores (pipelines) arising from grazing geometry.
